Students Chatting On Stairs

Empowering Youth Dreams

At Yumegate, we believe everyone deserves a chance to pursue their dreams. We offer guidance to upcoming first-generation college students and assist them in their decision to pursue their aspirations of studying in Japan.

The term "Yumegate" is derived from the Japanese words "Yume" (dream) and "gateway." Our aspiration is for this initiative to serve as a gateway for students with ambitious dreams but limited resources, facilitating their journey towards achieving their aspirations successfully.

Who We Are

Students on Stairs

"As a first-generation college student from China, my time at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan was both challenging and deeply rewarding. Navigating language barriers, financial constraints, and grappling with self-esteem issues were all hurdles I encountered along the way. However, these obstacles only strengthened my resolve.

Upon graduation, I made the decision to launch Project Yumegate, aiming to provide the guidance and resources necessary for aspiring students from all over the world to overcome obstacles and pursue their educational aspirations."
